Data processed and protected under this privacy policy is any information, hereinafter referred to as personal data, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, hereinafter referred to as a data subject, which can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular by reference to an identifier, e.g. name, surname, identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity factors specific to said natural person, or any other factors, using each individually or in any in combination.

Data processing as defined in this privacy policy is any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, with or without automated means, and such operations may include collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or transformation, retrieval, viewing, use, disclosure by sending, distribution or any other type of operation with personal data.

that the processing of personal data, including the transmission itself, is and will continue to be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the applicable national and European Union data protection laws (and, if applicable, the competent national authorities have been informed);
that it has instructed the Controller’s authorized persons to process the sent personal data exclusively in accordance with the requirements of the applicable data protection laws and, if applicable, to process the data exclusively on behalf of the Controller;
that it ensures compliance of data processing with regulatory security measures;
if, as part of the transfer, personal data is intended to be sent outside the European Union, the personal data subject is informed or will be informed before the relevant data subject’s personal data is sent to such a third country (which does not provide adequate protection, in the sense of the applicable European Union laws);
that it will respond to any requests of the data subject regarding matters of interest to the data subject in relation to the processing of the data subject’s data;
keep records of all personal data processing operations carried out, ensure that any operation carried out with such data is traceable, including to whom such data was transferred, what type of personal data, for what purposes and the recipient’s contractual relationship with such parties ;
promptly and properly consider all information requests of the data subject in connection with the processing of personal data to be sent and take into account the recommendations provided by the supervisory authority in connection with the processing of personal data sent;
upon termination of the contract or the expiration of its term (if concluded), to return to the data subject all sent personal data and their copies (if the data subject so requests) and, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, to destroy all such data and to certify to the data subject compliance with such the terms of the contract clause;
not to make any automated decisions about the data subject, as well as not to perform data profiling of the data subject;
no violation of the data subject’s data security will be tolerated, within the limits of its capabilities.
Obligations and rights of the data subject:

clearly, unequivocally express your consent to the processing of your personal data;
provide accurate, correct and truthful personal data;
to issue written consent if the manager or the person authorized to do so intends to send personal data for further processing to any other recipient or processor. In the event that the consent of the data subject has been received, request that the relevant recipient or processor enter into a contract with the same terms and conditions for secure data processing as the data subject has undertaken under a specific contract, as well as receive a copy of such contract;
by submitting their data, the data subject agrees that the data is processed and stored for the entire period of data processing, as well as in the cases specified in the regulatory acts, after the initial data processing, for as long as it would be necessary;
at any time to request restoration, correction, restriction of personal data processing, information on the use of personal data of the data subject, as well as request deletion of personal data;
submit a complaint to the State Data Inspectorate if a violation has been committed in the processing of the data subject’s personal data.
